Counter-Notice Procedure
If material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or because of misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:
· Your physical or electronic signature
· A description of the material that was taken down, along with its previous location on the website
· A statement made under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed or disabled due to an error or misidentification
· Your full name, postal address, telephone number, and email address
· A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
After we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed content within 10 to 14 business days unless the original complainant files legal action during that period.

We reserve the right to deactivate accounts or restrict access for users who repeatedly violate intellectual property rights.
